TrannoBook is a job assistant for renovation, deck, fence, roofing and HVAC contractors. After work, text one WhatsApp number your receipts, photos and what the client asked for. It's filed in your own Google Drive and job-cost Sheet, and once a month you get a short summary of your money and jobs.

- Quotes and change orders"Client wants another door, about 800." The quote or change order is written into the job folder; nothing goes to a client until you tap Send.

Your data stays yours
Files and numbers live in your own Google Drive and Sheet. We keep your business name, phone numbers and the Drive connection (and your plan status once billing starts; payments go through Stripe, we never see your card), nothing else.
To read receipts and messages they are sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, TypeSafe; voice notes to Google Speech-to-Text), which don't train on them.
Text "delete everything" any time to erase what we keep and disconnect. Details in our privacy notice.
Got a message from TrannoBook about your project?
Contractors use TrannoBook to send their own clients quotes, change orders and payment reminders. Each message names the contractor who sent it, and only goes out after they tap Send. Reply STOP and you won't get more.
